Last year I had the honor and the privilege of traveling with Buhpendra and his friend Karma. After 20+ hours of travel, I cannot tell you what a relief it was to greeted by Buhpendra\\\\\\\'s genuinely warm smile and a vibrant lei of orange marigolds on my neck. I knew instantly that I was in good hands. Buhpendra is generous, kind, and protective. His lighthearted and friendly approach to trekking made for a wonderfully fun adventure. His mantra is you come as a guest and leave as a friend. What more could you want in a guide? We ate the local fruit, took the road less traveled, saw some incredible sights and stayed at the coziest accommodations because of his knowledge and experience. In a place like Nepal, is it beneficial to travel with someone who knows he lay of the land.
